  • Sit on a mat and extend your legs forward. Close your fist and place it on your left knee. The thumb should point in the upward direction. Look in front at a level that is similar to your eyes. Keep your head in a fixed position. Breathe out and focus on left thumb. Repeat the same process with right thumb.
  • Sit on a mat with crossed legs. Lift your right arm and make a fist with thumb pointing upward. Focus on the tip of thumb. Bend the arm and bring the thumb on the tip of the nose. Remain in this position while your eyes are focused at one point. Perform this exercise for about 5 times.
  • After doing yoga exercise, you can lie down in corpse pose and relax yourself. Breathe gently.
